All Boys Aren't Blue is one of those books where I just know I am going to love it and because of that I have put off reading it since I feel like I need to read it in the perfect moment. I need to get over that and just finally read it! I loved the wash day diaries and I am so glad that you recommended it before! Recitatif blew me away and it is still a story I think about often. You know that I can't wait to get my hands on Consumed! Adding What Happened to you to my TBR as well, that sounds super insightful and interesting. Loved the range of authors and ages in these book recs!
