Nutritional info should be adjusted to reflect typical serving sizes rather than the idealised recommended one. There’s no use telling people the nutrition of two kitkat fingers in a 4 finger bar or 4g of butter when you know they’re eating 10g
I'm curious what the total calorie count for this day was... becuase a portion size doesn't really indicate how many portions of different foods throughout the day you are eating. perhaps the cereal portions are caluclated based on a breakfast that also includes eggs or toast, for example?
That's what I was going to say. Here in the states, our cereal commercials usually say "as part of a balanced breakfast" and show cereal as a side with an egg and fruit or a yogurt and juice.
@@SamWilder. You had 1943 calories. Your split was 47% carbs, 42% fat and 11% protein. In total you got 55 grams of protein, 92 g of fat, 235 g of carbs, 65 g of sugar and 26 g of fibre 😄 cheers from someone postponing a kitchen tidy
@@Norfolkgal22 it isn't common in the US either, I would say. Just pointing out that serving sizes might be as "part of a meal" and not meant to be the only thing you eat. Like bacon serving might be 2 strips, but no one just eats 2 strips of bacon as a full meal. Cheers!

I'm genuinely curious myself now. I'm going to figure it out and get back to you.

You have more restraint than I have, I’d just pour out the entire tin of beans 😂
Does anyone else think he sounds like will from inbetweeners

Say hi to your puppy for me! Awesome video, too :)
Thank you! She says hi back!
Portion sizes are quite realistic, you won’t starve.
