Ah I remember this CD. They used to give them out in the 1990s with EGM magazine. My older brother used to dance to this song in Space Channel 5. Those were good times.
i saw these go for $200 on ebay rn i can’t believe i found one for free
do you have some more
details on this CD? Is jt like a demo CD? A visual music album?
oh I get it now 😂 - great song, love the d&b vibes
Good and simple We were happy and we didn't know it
I love Space Channel 5
Your music is like a time machine to that last period of optimism when I was a kid and everyone was excited for the tech enabled future just around the corner. The right kind of cozy.
That Lofi Vibe hits like a truck.
I ENVY YOU WITH ALL THE STUFF YOU HAVE
keep thrifting, flea marketing, estate sale-ing, i believe in u! (where i find most stuff tbh)
@@JulianaChahayed I would if I had the space lol, but I have a lot of other positions with strong memories attached to them so it's all good
Holy crap I had that same aquarium lamp as a kid. You just completely unlocked a memory I forgot I had what the hell
I had it too! Mine was small though, would totally buy one of those now ❤️
Hell yeah! I remember when you popped the first Gorillaz CD into the PC, there was a driving game you could play. I also remember games on a Sum41 cd and on one of my mom's Prince albums lol. Thanks for stirring up some good memories 😊
I need to know about this Sum 41 CD game
@@KennethTakanami I think the Sum41 might have actually been just music videos 😅
not to forget the Demon Dayz CD where it gave you a literal key to the Gorillaz tower and there were mini games but also you could just get a weird look into this wild tower of oddballs. Was so sick, lol.
Your music gives me nostalgia for something that never actually happened. Not sure if there is a separate term for that. Or maybe its just the general 90s vibes that have me feeling this way? Im not sure. But I feel comforted by this aesthetic. Like Im safe, and nothing can hurt me. At least for two minutes and fifty four seconds. Thank you, Juliana.
old setups make nostalgic feelings sheesh
My heart aches for the optimism that was...
you just unlocked a memory. i found an icp cd in a walmart parking lot, just the disk. it must have been like 2002 and i listened to the whole ass thing lmao
2000's how I've missed you 😢😢😢
I like how you show case older tech on your channel. I remember using this type of hardware. Btw if you match the camers frame rate with the screen you wont get those lines. But I'm sure youve heard that from lots of ppl say that by now. Anyway, keep up the cool work. I really dig your unique style.
thank you!! its so weird my camera doesn’t normally get the lines from the tvs i have but even at the lowest shutter speed i could put it at it was still showing the lines
the lines make it cooler i think looks more old school
@@JulianaChahayed NTSC (television) refresh rates are 60Hz in north america. A lot of the higher resolution monitors in the 90s (like the one on your mac) had higher refresh rates upwards of 72-75Hz, so you'd need a faster shutter speed to match the vertical refresh. Your old tech vibe is awesome, and your songs are great!
ooh thank you i’ll try the fast shutter speed today I didn’t think to try it bc I was thinking slower shutter speed would let more light in but i guess that only works for the tvs! i appreciate the info!
@@JulianaChahayed já fez alguma dublagem de jogo ou filme pq tua voz e adora?
Interlace is no disgrace
Really like your song passing thoughts and cover for duvet
thank you!
i hope retro rick invites you to his nostalgia con caaauuussee yeah it just fits perfect
Gives me nostalgia even tho I was born after this time period
Just a matter of time before you come out with a huge hit, excellent sound 👌
I missed my childhood
Hace unos meses te conocí y aunque aun no aprendo a hablar tú idioma, me encanta tu arte, tú trabajo, tu música y ese video les quedo muy pro, felicidades y espero se hagan mas.. mucho mas conocidos 😄
Love that fishtank!
it’s my favorite i got very lucky to find it at a goodwill a few years back 🥹
that video from early youtube!
All the free CDs at my library are 10 hour long mp3 discs of some girl singing "Never Gonna' Give You Up" over and over again.
Truly love that you’re creating music *and* visuals with an early 2000s ethos. Late 90s too. It’s all so aesthetically pleasing, gives me joy in these sh*t show times. Thank you 🩵🖤🩵
Aesthetic
The aesthetic and nostalgic vibes of your videos got me intrigued, the genuinely good music keeps me coming back. Please don't stop doing your thing, would love to collaborate with you in the future
I love your channel so much. I'm glad I got recommended your videos
Pretty good.. so much nostalgia on your channel.. much love.. :)
How are you the coolest person I've ever seen?
I wish

Amo tu contenido
I like how old your videos look like

Your style inspired me so much !!
My dad used to have does fake fish aquariums😂😂😂
Kids? Dang I love them so much, such a good catch
YO! Heading to the Library FR FR

Wooow i'm in love with you and your retrotech videos, a real visual artwork ❤ My name is Roberto, saludos from México ( Querétaro city) support retro vibes. Maybe, we can be a good Cyber friends ...📡
I LOVE YOU
In 2007 everyone was using LCD screens and Windows Xp.
alright let’s try 2004
I love the retro feel of this video and the song was great. Who else notices the Super Nintendo in the background. By the way what's that game in the beginning I think I saw it before. Cool video. ^_^
i think i had mario paint in the snes!
@@JulianaChahayed Nice. Do you still enjoy the Super Nintendo and Mario Paint. I heard many people made some great animations on Mario Paint before. ^_^
yes! so we actually had a bunch of games but my older siblings couldn't find the snes and we just bought another one and are playing again. I didn't know you could animate on there until recently. I made a funny gif of garfield and rei haha and posted them to my tik tok@@supersmallchibiwolf872
@@JulianaChahayed Rei is always great to work on. I enjoy doing some pixel art and animation on my free time and It's funny to put Rei with other random characters or just to give her a Pokémon and make her a trainer. ^_^
Did you already have these nostalgic items or did you collect them for this video?
i found the fish lamp at a goodwill last year and somehow manifested this computer bc i was looking on ebay for the past month and came across this one at an estate sale for dirt cheap last weekend!
your videos are really cleaver keep it up also what sorta camera did you use for this video i love how it looks
Can you please make a cover on - Everybody falling in love, I am falling behind.🥺
Mom's also bringing home a bucket of KFC for dinner. Nice!
I feel like you should collab with Gifts Ungiven on a video of some kind.
You make similar-vibe art.
Lol retro
Yeah, but what about screensavers, Juliana ¿? Keep rocking : )
What up could you cover “Right Here” by stained if it’s not too much trouble. Would really mean a lot.
Porque parece un video del 2005???🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Make it an arg
The only inaccuracy I see here is someone using Mac in 2004
Was this Windows 95 compatible? Shame if not.
Mac OS huh
Hey can you burn me a copy, wanna give it to my cousin in Ohio, she's totally into bands like this
Why would a CD have mp3 compression
Which PC model is this?
macintosh 8500, still stuck on os9 :0 the monitor is sony tho but the keyboard is apple!
@@JulianaChahayed Macintosh reminds me of a really great techno wave music by the same name, can you make a cover for plastic love and also room of angel and waiting for you from silent hill 4?
Name of the song?
"Kids" by me and @kennethtakanami :)
