I really don't know where my wig making journey would be without your videos, thank you.
I use to make wigs many many years ago. I just decided this past Sunday to look at one of your videos to make a frontal wig. It took me a few hours, but I was able to complete it. . The wig came out beautiful! Now once I learn how to curl and style the wig, I'm all set, lol, Maybe you can do a video and show me how to curl a wig with a flat iron or hot curlers. Cause girl, I cannot curl with a flat iron for nothing, lol, thank you so much for sharing your wig making knowledge so freely. You have the BEST detailed wig making videos on RUclips that I have ever seen. Your the best, thanks so much!

I made a hand maid wig. Well used a glue gun. It looked good. However it was a little bit. My block head is 21inches.. i used a mesh dome cap as well.

And also when making a hand made wig how far apart does the tracks need to be a one index finger or what would you suggest?! why don’t you sew the closure on the band? just curious because when i’ve done that I noticed my wig didn’t fit right but when I did it fit snug. 😩 also if i’m making wigs for clients could I generally just use a 22 inch canvas? or no? thankss

Stephanie Derolus no you should start with the longest bundle first to the shortest bundle
Hey I did everything you said to do while making my wig and it still shrunk. I sewed a finger with apart, I used a mesh dome cap and I did NOT sew through the elastic whatsoever. The wig looks perfect and you cannot tell thankfully, and I did add an extra elastic band to the bottom to get the extra length so it feels secure but still🤦🏾♀️. Please tell me where I went wrong, Ericka!

Yes that's what I was told. Yes I sewed it super tight so that I wouldn't have any issues with the tracks slipping (which to this day I don't) lol but yes, I was told that, that's what the issue was. Thanks!

I used that sally Hansen spray I couldnt get my glue to stick after I sprayed it.

A lot of you tubers use the Sally Hansen airbrush leg spray. It is water resistant

It is not really 'handmade' is it?...You are buying an already made closure that has been painstakingly threaded strand by strand by someone else...and you are just coarsely sewing in bought wefts onto a cap and closing it up at the top to tie in with the lace closure...
You know nothing.
