One tip I have for you with the cucumber water, is to give it a try with mint leaves. I let mine steep overnight and it is amazing. Just gotta massage the mint leaves a bit or cut them up a few times to help release the minty goodness. Sooo refreshing! :)
I think you'll get better results with iced coffee if you cold-brew your coffee. You basically just put some coffee in water, and let it sit at room temperature for a day, then filter it. That's how the coffee shops do it (and how I do it), and it makes for a much better drink. You don't get that sour/bitter taste that you do if you make it with hot coffee that you let cool.

A drink I like to make is this sweet punch people serve at parties. U take Tiki Punch (u can find it at dollar tree but fruit punch and club soda work in a pinch), 7 UP, and sherbet ice cream (softened) and mix it in a big bowl. Leave the ice cream as blobs in the drink and let them melt. Its very sweet but delicious.
Couldn't help but notice you say the first one isn't that bad for us..it is SODA mixed with ORANGE JUICE. In what world is that not bad for us? Imagine all the sugar..
Just a tip with the orange juice, if you fold the middle flap down and pour the other side up it works much better. People are always skeptical about it but i've realized through youtube videos it's pretty efficient. It doesn't get the air bubbles that typically cause you to spill it.

I have been in the restaurant industry for 25 years and he is college student level good. Not Food Network level.

Jack: The cucumber drink is pretty refreshing and we used to use it in India. even if the water is warm, it feels cold and lively. I go camping a lot in Canada and a lot of hiking comes my way. Before I head out, I take a halgen (or whatever they are called) bottles and I just put in 2 - 3 thinly sliced cumbers in Chilled water (chilled because its gets cold at night and hot in the day) by the time I thirsty, the water is warm, but with the cucumber, it refreshes you for the next 5km of hiking.

Also, if you find your cucumber are a bit bitter try this...cut off both ends of the cuke then rub them on the ends...this will create a suction and suck all the bitterness from the cuke...you will see the end get all frothy, just cut that slice away on each end then you can peel the cuke or not...now you have the perfect cucumber to put in your water or salad. Which btw, we call it Salad Water!! LuvYa

When I do the Virgin Bloody Marys i usually add: V-8 (Spicy), About 3 tablespoons of pickle juice, pepper, salt, and a few drops of whatever hot sauce i have laying around. The pickle juice gives it that little extra kick, I LOVE IT. You should try it.
Jack i thought the cucumber water was weird....but at whole foods near my house they do the same with lemons and orange's and it was soo refreshing..so my fiance loves cucumbers and i love citrus..so i mixed them together..doing slightly more cucumber than citrus..and mostly oranges (lemon flavor is strong) and it was amazing .... you should try it..its slightly sweeter than the cucumber one .... but soo refreshing especially in the Florida weather

@ElGeecho no thickness requirements. I will say that the thicker the slice the longer the chill process should be. I even refill my water two more times without changing out the cucumbers.

@fishboyorman some people get canker sores if they have too much acid or citrus. I would be more concerned for the sugar.

It looks like they shaved off skin from sides of cucumbers. How many times can you refill the water before you change cukes
depends on how fast you drink it it takes us about 3 or 4 times times till you change the cucumber
