Well, the subclass got a built in 120% multiplier in exchange of that. IIRC her trait, talent, and S3 has dmg multiplier and her other talent is ATK increase, That's why her S3 can go that high without def shred/ignore.

The reload time is legit nothing to worry about. It's just another form of downtime. You're looking at it all wrong if you think it's that unique.

@@narius_jaden215the archetype trait is dogshit frankly, because only ray actually reloads the full mag. Kinda wish that was just standard cause the five star op looks so cool but is so bad in practice

The only thing holding her back is probably her archetype's weakness of short magazines.

It's doesn't bother her at all with S3, difference between Full and Empty mag, it just 2 Shot
Before Skill start shooting, She forced to reload

And cons of that short mag size is only affect on Special Mode like SSS or IS that buff operator +aspd and if archetype doesn't force to reload when using skill (Which Ray isn't)

She has less total damage, but a lot faster, so she’s better against weaker bosses or elites.

Typhon is flexible in that she can either be very consistent or very powerful. She can't be both, she has to choose.
Ray is more flexible in that she's both fairly consistent and very powerful with one skill only, so you don't miss out by choosing one skill and not being able to use the value of the other.
