@@xartefx7155 They aren't comparing in a bad way! Just a nice statement, they're just pointing out something that Zeneia thought of to cater for those with autism!
They're not comparing, they just like how she let triggers stay for a little while longer! People with autism tend to go through these "obsessions" where they like a certain thing for a period of time! Its okay if you didn't know this, I'm just helping you understand what they mean 🙃
Obsession with most things. With figurines, one would be obsessed with Pirates of the Caribbean for a bit and then go to Starlight or Harley Quinn and find it hard to go back to the previous one. Same with comics or films. It is like you have to be in a different mindset. Although I like mixing up the characters.
I don't think I have autism, but this was surprisingly soothing in a way I've never experienced before. This is definitely one of my favorite asmr's I've come across. ❤
same I have ADHD and there's a whole plethora of fast and aggressive and overstimulating "ADHD" asmr videos that usually sound the best for me, but I was curious of this video and this is very different to the fast ones I prefer but I really like how gentle the triggers are and yet still keeps you focused and engaged till the end. Very impressive!
@@kashmire05I so agree! As someone with ADHD I hate the ones for those with ADHD but I love her ASD videos so much! They aren’t as overstimulating and are very relaxing but still keep me focused.
i am autistic and this video was wonderful! some details I noticed that I enjoyed were: -no eyecontact but still paying attention to use -humming !!!! -engaging talk/activities -simple triggers, no harsh noises -narrating your way through the videos -engaging questions -doing more than just tapping, using lots of hand gestures and whispers -not changing the triggers too frequently probbaly more that i didnt notice but this was lovely, thank you for being accommadating!!!
It's so wholesome how parents of autistic children come on and talk about their special needs and love them no matter what. ❤ Most family's I've seen just abandon their autistic child and its sickening
Taking off the one blue dot just shows how much you actually understand Neurodivergent people and not many people would have thought about how distressing it could be
This? I smiled. The colors made me smile. The word repetition calmed me. The humming made me happy. I haven't been diagnosed with autism, but I share several of the symptoms. I tend to relate to and find comfort in content for those on the spectrum. Thanks for the safe space.
As a mainly non-verbal individual who doesn't see why people talk much, the singing was so calming, I adored it. I love it when people sing or when I sing, it is a lovely sound and you've made me so happy, thank you 🫶
I dont have austism, but i was intrigued by the premise, so i decided to watch. its super relaxing! scrolling through the comments, youve helped a lot of people and it makes me happy ❤❤
A lot of other people have already said a lot, but the thing I liked most about this as a fellow autistic adult, was the fact that you announced what you were going to do way before you did it and during it would explain what and why. Giving options that were between a few things instead of a lot, literal discriptions etc! Thank you! Love from the Netherlands
This actually is genuinely one of the best videos for me as someone with autism Its really hard to find asmr videos that dont have "bad textured sounds" or dont over stimulate me so this was really nice! Thank you :))
The "bad texture sounds" they kill me every time. I feel like every time I start getting better, coming down from a freak out, or come down from being overstimulated I get hit with an uncomfortably sticky sound. Eggh 😢
I'm an autistic adult (31), and I was having an incredibly bad sensory day where I could.. feel my skin too much? Touch was being over stimulated, to the point feeling a breeze, or even my own clothing was feeling so awful. I happened across this video, and honestly this helped me so very much, in a short amount of time! Lovely video, thank you ♥
I hate when that happens. Only some fabrics make me comfortable (the softish, thinner ones, idk how to explain), and almost all others make me so uncomfortable. When I’m having a bad sensory day my headphones save my ears, but nothing can really help the skin.
Also kudos for keeping your expression neutral positive, not smiling but not glowering is a difficult face to master and you would give brief smiles as you spoke to really let us feel like we have the option to express our faces or not. It's hard to describe but it's like how cats get nervous if you stare at them but not if you look bored. I don't feel like I'm expected to emote as a call and response, instead that you are opting to emote at us not with us and keep our internal narrative comfortably separate
You explained it perfectly! Her expression made me feel like I could actually relax because I can recognize even though she’s not smiling, she’s okay and not angry or upset.
i was thinking this during the video, it calmed me how she didn’t look bored, but wasn’t like too excited to where it was stressful if that makes sense. it felt very calming and the visuals and subtle audios in the back were perfect!
I don't have autism but this really just makes me calm and most asmr doesn't do that for me i realy liked the humming and how you didnt really make lots of harsh noises and changing triggers quickly it was so calming!!
As someone with autism, this was an amazing watch. I usually get bored after watching asmr if there isn't much going on, and when I do find one I can focus on it's usually very aggressive ASMR (which although I like, my ears hurt after a while). This was a perfect combination of calming, stimulating, engaging, and just overall tingly. The textures and sounds were amazing. The sounds were soft yet loud at the same time, which I LOVE! Genuinely, this is probably my favorite ASMR video. Thank you so much for making this ❤️
0:00 - spiky ball 2:00 - playfoam in packet 5:02 - playfoam out of packet 6:49 - spider song 7:29 - banana toy 9:22 - butterflies 12:30 - pop it 14:13 - air drawing 17:34 - spider song 18:35 - putty
I can REALLY appreciate the fact that when you asked us to close our eyes, you told us that you weren't going to touch us. It's only one sentence, but I really felt understood. I can tell that you put so much thought into this video, and it means so much ❤❤❤
:( Yeah. I don't think I'm autistic, but it calmed me to hear someone respect my boundaries even if it's only a video. I don't like touch unless I explicitly allow it.
I dont have autism, I have ADHD, and while I usually prefer my fast and aggressive and extremely stimulating ASMR vids especially on in the background to focus on my work, I was curious of this video and was pleasantly surprised at how gentle the triggers are and yet she kept me completely focused and engaged till the end. I never finish ASMR videos, I never finish ANY videos because I have the attention span of a goldfish but this was soothing and oddly really enjoyable for me! I'm glad to see more videos like these that are specialized for neurodivergent people because we are the most affected and sensitive in the sensory department, which is the main point of ASMR.
I'm fourteen and autistic. You've used such great sensory advances in this with noise , touch and colours. I think you're one of the best asmrtists out there. This was amazing :) 💗
I felt relaxed I was not overstimulated I didnt feel as if i was being treated as if i was a 4 year old My ears didnt hurt My eyes didnt hurt I think this is the best autistic asmr ive watched Edit = I had to edit it because everyword was misspelled
As someone with autism it's nice that you sort of look to the side. When someone looks me in the eyes it feels like I have to work hard, since I naturally don't want to keep eye contact. And that still applies to videos. So I appreciate it
im autistic and i really loved this. for some reason, you always mentioning that things are safe really calmed me down! even though logically i know stuff like that is safe, it really eased my anxiety
Seeing this comment acted as reassurance in a weird way. I can’t tell you why I enjoy this. Especially when my usually means of relaxation is (this May sound odd I understand) is death or doom metal music. Yet I can’t take my eyes off of this video. It’s relaxing, and comforting, and idk why. But “for some reason” was sort of my first thought. This comment isn’t articulate I apologize.
@@bagofrazors2934ha I understand being relaxed and comforted by metal music. I could have a song on with growls and just fall asleep during it. However I listen to symphonic metal and power metal among other sub genres.

I didn't know what to expect cuz i don't watch asmr videos often or if i do i don't finish them and turn them off after few minutes.. But I watched the whole thing and even if it would be longer i would watch it to the end. It made me feel really safe and comfortable. Thank you :]
I'm not autistic myself, but my older sister is. I can see things in this video such as the neutral expression that is very well done and would help her. The balancing between left and right is perfectly done, and you made sure each color felt like it was said the same amount of times and for the same time even if the words were different. Perfectly done! Edit: also the very slight white noise helps balance everything and keep even more stability which is nice.
i dont have autism but really so glad that people with autism and nd people are being more included into things like this! :D and youre a real professional at that, not like some people who keep making videos like “asmr for people who have adhd” while holding no understanding of adhd itself, its really frustrating really!
Oh I really understand what you’re saying! Taking advantage of words like “autism” and “adhd” for content and views without knowledge is really annoying and misleading. Stay tuned for my ADHD video soon!!!!!🫶🏼🤍

I've demonstrated a lot of symptoms of autism but haven't been diagnosed yet and i really like 1. It wasn't fast and aggrieved 2. I could still play attention because of what was happening 3. The imagery (aka you and the background) isn't crowded and it reminds me of fluffy things (a comfort feeling) 4. i can almost never watch asmr videos tailored to autistic people because the asmrtist usually just treats the viewer as if they were a child. this is absolute perfection! the way that your expressions never sway too far from neutral makes me feel like I don't have to emote, and i SO appreciate how you never look directly into the camera. you and this video are both treasures.
I am in my 20s with autism and I have been watching ASMR since I was 14. I have found with newer technology some ASMRtists use harsh sounds, but this was incredibly relaxing and tingly. I was able to maintain focus the whole time, whereas sometimes I get bored or anxious due to some of the triggers or the sounds with other videos. You are doing awesome!
As someone who has been diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, and some other stuff I've looked into an Autism diagnosis as I match most symptoms and it runs in my family. I immediately liked this video since I have trouble finding asmr videos I like, and tend to rewatch the ones I like over and over lol. I love you asking questions and don't switch between triggers to fast. Thank you for making this for my usually over/ or under stimulated brain.
Not looking straight into the camera is such a different experience. I’m autistic and I get very uncomfortable a lot of the time with ASMR but this is great ✨
I don't have anything diagnosed, but I love this, mostly because you keep changing what you are doing not that fast and not staying with the same asmr for like 4 minutes
I love how even though you are a popular asmr creator with over 100k subscribers you still make a point to reply to comments and interact with viewers :) I am not autistic, but as someone with a family history of autism and aspergers, this is a genuinely amazing video. Great work 💕

As an autistic person, this genuinely made me smile. The spikes bit at the start was soooooo brain tingling :D I also love the “tschuk” noise that she makes, I find it soothing.
As a mum with a daughter with autism and work in childcare , this is very good way of doing these videos , very descriptive , simple words and lots of visuals and sensory items ! Not to mention it’s absolutely so relaxing as always ! ❤
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH it’s moving at a perfect pace (usually asmr videos focus on certain triggers for too long so i only watch previews) and it feels so immersive omggg i don’t even have autism but this is amazing
I have autism and adhd so this video is perfect for me! You repeat almost every word which makes it easy to focus on what you are saying. You also treat us (or the camera) with respect and not as toddlers. You are awesome❤
This is genuinely the most relaxing and pleasant asmr I have ever watched, I was diagnosed with autism at 17 last year. And normally the “asmr for autistic people” from other creators make me cringe because their so patronising but yours is so amazing and the repetition is just incredible and I just love it so so much, you should definitely hum and sing more in videos you have a beautiful voice.
Your videos really make me feel special and empowered as an autistic person myself. I love how you keep a pace that is just right for me and my brain doesn't have to overwork itself. Colors are very soothing for me to watch and you definitely make sure there's not too much going on. You don't infantilize your viewers which is a very good thing. These videos are definitely my favorite way to unwind. Thank you so much.

As a not autistic , but adhd-having person this honestly really helped me tbh. Thanks, I love how you touched everything you were holding. It kinda made me feel like I didn’t have to, and it just soothed me. Plus, I like the fact you aren’t switching triggers every 20 seconds, as many asmrtists do. I also like how this wasn’t treating me as a toddler, & overall you presented a really good and visually pleasing asmr video. Thank you

I’m autistic and very picky about my asmr choices so I loved that you didn’t stare into the camera because a big difficulty I have is making eye contact so with other asmr it’s uncomfortable to me bc we’re staring at each other and I love how you repeated things evenly because I get bad anxiety if things aren’t even so thank you for this I loved this and when you took that one blue dot out I audibly gasped it made me so happy

i really like how she didn’t switch up triggers every 30 seconds like other asmrtists and like narrated everything she did in a way. everything flowed perfectly and she really got me to relax and be able to fall asleep after watching.
other asmrtist do it cuz of ppl like that have adhd, stop comparing

Same!
yeah same, i dont have autism (diagnosed) but i love this so much
same I have ADHD and there's a whole plethora of fast and aggressive and overstimulating "ADHD" asmr videos that usually sound the best for me, but I was curious of this video and this is very different to the fast ones I prefer but I really like how gentle the triggers are and yet still keeps you focused and engaged till the end. Very impressive!
@@kashmire05I so agree! As someone with ADHD I hate the ones for those with ADHD but I love her ASD videos so much! They aren’t as overstimulating and are very relaxing but still keep me focused.

i am autistic and this video was wonderful!
some details I noticed that I enjoyed were:
-no eyecontact but still paying attention to use
-humming !!!!
-engaging talk/activities
-simple triggers, no harsh noises
-narrating your way through the videos
-engaging questions
-doing more than just tapping, using lots of hand gestures and whispers
-not changing the triggers too frequently
probbaly more that i didnt notice but this was lovely, thank you for being accommadating!!!
Thank you for this, I didn't notice any difference between this and regular ASMR except for humming and I was looking for a comment like this.
the repeating too!!! i reallyreally liked the repeating with the 1 2 3 4 and the humming always being the same
the narrating and humming!!!!
Yup! There is also a bit of info I may have missed in my breakdown! Thanks for explaining other things, I bet it really helps other people !! 😊
Me being a music student too I noticed that when she was humming she always stopped on Sol (do, re, mi, fa, sol)
My autistic son was having such a hard time falling asleep tonight and this video really helped relax him. Thank you so much ! 💕

I am not autistic, but I found this to be really satisfying. Usual ASMR's don't work for me
Yo
A lot of other people have already said a lot, but the thing I liked most about this as a fellow autistic adult, was the fact that you announced what you were going to do way before you did it and during it would explain what and why. Giving options that were between a few things instead of a lot, literal discriptions etc! Thank you! Love from the Netherlands

This actually is genuinely one of the best videos for me as someone with autism Its really hard to find asmr videos that dont have "bad textured sounds" or dont over stimulate me so this was really nice!
Thank you :))
I relate to this so hard. I hate watery sounds so every part but the banana part in this video was perfect for me :DDD
This is so real- There's some sounds I just...can't
The "bad texture sounds" they kill me every time. I feel like every time I start getting better, coming down from a freak out, or come down from being overstimulated I get hit with an uncomfortably sticky sound. Eggh 😢
oh god, usually wood-on-wood sounds, or fingers brushing over wood. absolutely hateful sound
Fabric sounds/touching fabric with fingernails or teeth are my worst nightmare! Glad to know I'm not the only one! :)
Lovely video, thank you ♥
I hate that, when my sense of touch gets like really heightened. Happens to me often enough that it's problematic. Sorry that happens to you too.
Do u ever get hyper ticklish with fabrics?
@@mary-janereallynotsarah684 I do!
I hate when that happens. Only some fabrics make me comfortable (the softish, thinner ones, idk how to explain), and almost all others make me so uncomfortable. When I’m having a bad sensory day my headphones save my ears, but nothing can really help the skin.
@@mary-janereallynotsarah684 No, for me it's more stinging, like a sunburn.

My little sister has autism and I put this on the tv so she could watch it. She responded to every question smiling ☺️❤️
Thank you for making this
Same ^^
my sister did that for me too it's nice to see other people with similar experiences
I’m almost in tears. Thank you love…

I never finish ASMR videos, I never finish ANY videos because I have the attention span of a goldfish but this was soothing and oddly really enjoyable for me!
