Didn't realize the IN-18 are that big. It was kind of difficult visualizing from a picture and measurements. But when you held it up, wow. But this new ones are HUGE!
Great video!! I’m actually wanting to do a project with these tubes too. Everyone does clocks, which is great, but not a lot of people have used these as counters. That is what I’d like to do. Creating a custom enclosure that looks nice is the hardest part for me. Keep up the great videos!
I made a thermostat with vfd tubes, Nixie tubes from 1973-Russia and with lcd display also coded all the chips, driver etc. and completely did everything from scratch

A Universal counter (frequency meter) would definitely be a cool project with nixie tubes.

Past indicator - nixie tube clock, да с такими индикаторами было бы классно сделать. Готовые он продаёт дорого. А так пока на Ин-18 готовлюсь делать 😎
