KALGA VILLAGE || A Village In The Lap Of Parvati Valley

Located at a distance of 18 kms from the busy streets of Kasol this village is a quiet getaway for people who love to spend time away from the loud music & noise. The name of this village is "KALGA" or "KALGHA" but when you'll search it on google it shows "DHAR KALGA PATAN" because it wasn't actually a village some years back. It was used as a farming land by the people living in the nearby villages of Pulga & Tulga. Then when the famous trek to "KHEERGANGA" started attracting a lot of tourists over here, people started building some cafes & homestays &eventually leased out their lands to outsiders who have now stormed the place with over 60 cafes & homestays.
The village offers a 270° view of the Sosan and Pir Panjal ranges and a lot of cafes to choose from for good food. Ranging from fries to noodles, burgers, pizzas and Indian food, you could almost get any kind of cuisine over here. It's very quiet and peaceful over here and the winters especially are the most beautiful, as when it snows it transforms the place into a magical wonderland. Even in the summer/spring time its so beautiful that once you visit here I bet you would wanna stay here and experience all the weathers year around.

@maulikshah5393 holy cow is good as well but with Romani house the thing is that you get delicious food right there and just go and enjoy bro, there’s a lot to explore. On the tosh side go to the waterfall. There is one Kutla above Kalga as well.
