Dude used to love this stage. Used to hate the part where you went underground and could not do the spinning cyclone or any air based attacks. Eventually became one of my favorite parts of the game.
yeah, it starts to get serious at that point in the game :O the final stage(s) are too difficult for me lolz - unless I play on an emulator with a save state or something :P
@@MegaBubble I used to beat this game without taking one hit. I know that may sound like a lie, but I was obsessed with this game as a kid. I would play the arcade version every day then come home and play the nes version to death. I hated the disappearing platforms and traps in the final stages. I actually started to like them once I mastered them. I would have to take my younger brother's controller and do the traps for him.
@@themoviereviewwarriors939 it's the best NES Double Dragon for sure - unfortunately I am not all that great at it, and would probably die on that level with all the jumps over the spikes, or whatever is down there :P
@@MegaBubble Have you played double dragon 4 or double dragon neon. Glad I was finally able to buy the arcade versions of double dragon 1 and 2 on psn.
@@themoviereviewwarriors939 I never played either of those :O Double Dragon 2's controls are too weird for me to enjoy it (the arcade version) but I always love playing Double Dragon the original

@@MegaBubble hell yeah, one unforgettable tune growing up on double dragon
