I’ve just been placed on a low fibre diet because of Crohn’s disease, so I find all this advice is bad for me. No pips, seeds, skins, nuts, high fibre veg, oats or grains. I’ve never had such a miserable diet. Then I thought I can eat chips with impunity, hooray!!! …only to find everyone’s making chips without peeling the potatoes. I’m ready to scream!
I believe we are being brainwashed into believing you need three meals a day. You really don’t. Research fasting 48hrs I do this once a week. And for the remainder days eating around one meal a day is now enough for me but not as strict to when I eat when a want on those days. After fasting you’ll crave wholesome foods, cutting sugar out too (not completely) and your tastebuds will change and foods you once thought was bland actually tastes good.. good luck it’s a mind field.
@@clairemartin3042 I agree. I have changed my eating habit to eating when I am hungry. This sometimes only requires one meal a day and a healthy snack. Some days more, but it has certainly enabled me to respond to what my body wants more and everything seems fine. More in the bank, too! 🙂
@@c.t5136this is fab, I can hear your positivity already in your words. Keep going. This week I’ve been the same as you and it’s no struggle at all i actually also look forward soo much more to that one meal. 😊
@@c.t5136 it’s all good eating when you are hungry but eating one meal a day your body will unlikely be getting the nutrients and minerals that it needs. Not to mention if you are regularly exercising and burning this off too. Fair enough if this is working for you in terms of hunger but you could end up having deficiencies in the future (Speaking from experience!)
I eat oatmeal with seeds and berries and 2 eggs for breakfast everyday.
I agree food makes us who we are
I live in Minnesota and oh yes....I;m having the winter blues and in a doldrums funk.
The only thing that will boost my mood is that my life gets better
where are the videos of the news discussions? they stopped in 2025?

Chip Spice. 😁
I eat all of that and at work everyone wants to know why I am so happy I said I am content and eat good food and drink
He looks like Jon Hamm.
He says don't skimp on carbs, then he said don't eat carbs. I know he means refined carbs but he needs to be more specific in these videos.
Can we please be more aware than some food might be good for a person but bad for another?
All processed foods are bad for everyone, all whole foods and good for everyone. Unless you have an allergy or intolerance that is.
How have you worked that out exactly?
@Woohooxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx common sense
@@melinmovegreat explanation from you there, well done, but bad food is bad for everyone and good food is good for everyone
@Woohooxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx that's literally what i said

Simple answer: Fast Food makes you happier. Thank me later 😊
This was a really useless, unhelpful video.
Eat regularly or fasting????? I'm actually exhausted by the conflicting advice. And caffeine is not good for you at all!
