@@wanduchy3703 You're right, it could be a single incident. But in actuality, it's not. The standard of our city has really seen a drastic drop in recent years and complaints like this are becoming a norm. It's sad because this incident will be added to the tab.
if there is a lock sign next to the wifi, it means the network is password protected, not sure if they were given any password to connect or not. However, the hotel staff has a hostile attitude which is unacceptable.

That lock is the way it works, when you double lock inside, when you pull the handle, the double lock released.

其實呢間酒店正常香港人唔會去既，因為係工業區裡面😂十年前仲係觀塘返工，有次老闆請食團年飯我都覺得奇怪點解會有間野可以係附近食buffet 仲要係酒店，老細話呢度都係招呼旅行團多,你正常人點會住呢度，一係就方便d OL 老細 上黎偷食😂
