For this issue just strike out the old goc number and write new goc number which is starts with gmdsschn******** and put sign below that.

I just combined the pdf downloaded from dg site so because of that some issues with the signature not visible so better take print and then scan!

Usually around 10 days
10 days means working days only or including holidays
