Ingredients : 225g of Oats
225g of Plain flour
225g Granulated sugar
225g Butter
1/2 Table spoon of golden syrup
1/2 Teaspoon of bicarbonate soda
* How to
1. Heat oven to 160 degrees for a fan oven.
2. Mix oats and flour together in a bowl.
3. Add the butter to a pan with the sugar.
4. Mix the soda with a little warm water.
5. Melt the butter and the sugar in a low heat and add the golden syrup.
6. Pour over the oats and flour, mix well.
7. Add the soda and mix well. Rest it for 10 minutes.
8. Make a shape and cook them for 15 minutes.
9. Transfer them onto the cooling rack.
