She has a few details mixed up, though... 1- 1:18 - They're "damned". Not all souls in hell are demons. 2- 1:24 - "Thousands?" Whether she's overestimating or underestimating the total of souls damned or ascending, saying "thousands" just sounds wrong. 3- 1:24 - While it's true that exterminating the souls is indeed wrong, you can't quite call them "innocent" per say since they're yknow... damned in hell already.

She is basically heaven’s Charlie and is a little cliche but hell, she’s adorable just like Charlie. I honestly think it would be cool if she took pentios on a visit to the hotel as like him giving her a tour of Charlie’s project.
It goes without saying that Emily is the most adorable and wholesome character in the entire HH series so far! She's the definition of a true angel! She shows kindness and compassion toward others, She doesn't condone killing and she loves making friends with even wayward souls!
