Matcha Canelé | Cannelé | wa's Kitchen

Cannelé are a pastry from Bordeaux. I was initially not attracted to them but after trying one I became an addict. However I had to make so many before getting the correct result! Now that I could get it right I started making them in different flavours. Today is matcha version :-)

Ingredients (for 6 cannelés) :
- 240g whole milk
- 30g bread flour
- 28g cake flour
- 12g unsalted butter
- 75g sugar
- 8g matcha powder
- 1 egg yolk + enough beaten egg to make 50g
- 2 tbsp midori liqueur
