In most British Police forces you DO NOT get higher than Sergeant unless you agree to join the Freemasons and it's been this way for well over 100 years ... that's how they achieve the secrecy and cover-ups that prevent senior officers being prosecuted for protecting paedophiles for instance. The Met's recently retired Assistant Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley has even managed to exert this power of enforced secrecy against Wikipedia who's page on Rowley doesn't even give his age !! This would be freely available from the Public Records Office registers of Births, Deaths and Marriages but Wikipedia's contributor is apparently unable to obtain it ... or maybe Wikipedia have been 'leaned on' not to publish it for some reason. Rowley was always the Met's favourite to push out in front of the news cameras to tell their lies ... "no indication of terrorism and we're treating this attack as a mental health issue" ... and in respect of his heavy involvement in the McCann case (protecting a high-level paedophile and wife-swapping ring) there was the famous interview he gave saying that the McCanns were innocent and the Met's job was to try and find the evidence that would bring 'closure' for the distressed parents !! Rowley said this at a time when the McCanns were still the Portuguese Police's main suspects. Rowley is not even a good liar ... his smirky face gives it all away every time ... he knows we know he's lying and he knows he's safe doing it and can never be touched for it ... because of the Masonic oath of secrecy and protection that pollutes UK officialdom from Government Ministers down ... Judges, Bishops, Headmasters, Police, Local Authority officials and Councillors .... they're all in it.
If it isn't dealt properly, trust me, those at the top will be dealt with by the people at some point when they least expect it...by then, it will be too late for excuses...justice will be served none the less
I have not been one that has disliked the police, I have always had a kind of respect for them. After the whole Tommy Robinson incident I now have a real hatred for them. Key question at exam to progress beyond Sergeant: 'Are you willing to surrender your integrity, and protect the establishment and the Police service with no regard for morality or truth?' The only question that matters.
The evidence is there to anyone with a mind - Birmingham 6, Stephen Lawrence, Guildford 4, Hillsborough, Barry George, Sally Clarke, Undercover absent fathers, on and on it goes....and that's just off the top of my head. Police cover ups every day, large and small - how many do you want before you lose faith?
Yes that is the way they have been conditioned and there is no regard for morality and truth. They need to learn how they can let go of all this conditioning and be at peace and in harmony with them selves and drop all that uncomfortable self guilt.

The chain of command suppresses those at the top from knowing what is going on. It is possible that the Commissioner is corrupt and so he would be part of the problem.
i understand how the commissioner was not authorised to reply to the poor fellow's email, and this is one of the sufferings of individuals who serve their governments, and cant help the people or reply to the people because of compartmentalised authorisation.. which is of course a deliberate structuring of compartmentalised powerplay of governments
I understand the higher up you go, the more careful you have to be. But this Met guy sounds like he could be doing more, and therefore should be doing more.
You can bet your life corruption goes right to the top, public sector workers with a hell of a lot to protect. The entire public sector in a nutshell, megalomania, bullying, intimidation, corruption and financial mismanagement.
I've had my differences with the police but on the whole, "I until fairly recently" found them extremely trustworthy and a reliable body. However, I now consider them as little more than the government's private army and steer well clear of them. Sad isn't it?
In a system where meritocracy should be the sole right of promotion we see that similar thinking individuals will have right of progress even if they are not the best person for the job. This is endemic right through out the bureaucracy I saw a principal in a school hire a deputy principal who was a low performer because his predecessor had been outstanding and had over shadowed the principal in the community. The same goes on with all bureaucratic circles, in universities etc and in the police force. People at the very top like to deal with people who will do as they are told and who have political views in line with the elite. God knows where the English bobby or Welsh bobby goes now. The Home Secretary who overseas them is now a Muslim. I have been told he is a non practicing Muslim what ever that might be. Now I have come across apostates but I must say I have never come across a non practicing Muslim. I am sorry that just seems like more Islamic deceit to me. So how does somebody investigating Pakistani grooming gangs in England expect to get a fair go when the Home Secretary is a second generation Pakistani "non practicing" Muslim living in England. A group of Pakistani community leaders from Rochdale approached him, a "non practicing" Muslim and complained how Islamophobia was rife in the community since all this stuff on grooming gangs had come out. Where does the Home Secretary live? You guessed it - Rochdale. What in Heavens name is Theresa May up to appointing a Muslim to run the English and Welsh police, not forgetting MI5 and National Security. A month later Tommy Robinson is arrested when he is covering the court case of members of, you guessed it, Pakistani grooming gangs at Leeds Court. Is that just coincidence? I do not think so. The beast is out there and the beast will continue to devour individuals who stand up to it. The only way to defeat the beast is for all the working class and free thinkers to get together and cut the head off the beast. Once you cut the head off the beast the rest will collapse. This has to happen sooner than later. There is a misconception out there with some in the community that these are reasonable people. The fact is they are not reasonable people; they have a set agenda and they will lie and cheat to get their own way. They will talk the talk and walk the walk as we say in bureaucratic circles.
Try to be a whistleblower and immediately you will get investigated, accused of wrongdoings even if you are 100% innocent. They always will find something they can tarnish your reputation, they don't mind using lies, half truths. If they want to get rid of you, they will. Everywhere is the same.
