So beautiful, Chris!! I actually bought a classical guitar last year because of your classical guitar lessons! Thank you so much for the efforts and advice. :)
Anyone playing this on a steel string guitar like me? It’s a bit hard on the fingers, especially that chord where the pinky is way up on the 12th fret. So hard!
Hi Chris Lovely piece, have been working on your Etude in E minor for a few weeks, on my usual acoustic. Realised, of course, that you are using a classical guitar for these pieces. Has inspired me to restring my classical guitar which I haven’t played for years. Any particular tips for playing the classical guitar as opposed to the acoustic? Richard
Glad you like it and it’s great you’ve got your classical guitar back out! I’m afraid I’m really not the person to go to for classical guitar tips as I’m really just winging it here. I play it pretty much the same as steel strings.
What a great teacher!
Glad you think so!
What a coincidence - I've just started learning this! Your tutorial will help a lot. Thanks for this, Chris 👍
Ha, I must have known you were learning it. Hope you enjoy
