Honestly, i never heard of her until this game, but reading up on her, she became a character i love. In this game, she's is also pretty damn good. I say shes a must pull because she makes an okd arc type really good.
As a late game player I will likely skip out on Vicky. Iron patriot is such a cracked card to climb to infinite, I don't really see myself needing this card as much.

Speed is such an underrated card in these card generating decks. It seems like you can hit him on almost every turn.
