Great video and very informative, I have 2 questions 1. In terms of the use of the non-pneumatic anti-shock garment when would you deem it right to apply? after you have carried out anti-shock measures but no significant improvement or it can be used in most or any cases of pph that are likely to progress regardless of what has been done or whether the patient is in shock? 2. Concerning the drop in the bp being seen only after a significant loss of blood, would it then be safe to base the decision of intervention on whether the woman is symptomatic or not, or certain thresholds or drops in Bp and heart rate are still considered? If so what cut off points would you recommend for Bp and heart rate?
Very educative lesson ❣️🙏🙌
