MKARS80 QRP Transceiver

I am a proud owner of this QRP kit radio. This was top notch before SDR technology, in fact it was designed by Ashhar Farhan, the father of the BITX20. It let's you operate in the whole 80M band 3.5 - 3.8MHz LSB.
Some of its features are:
~ 5 Watts output power
Single conversion superhet with 4 pole crystal filter
Frequency display with "Huff and Puff" circuit for stabilisation
Modulation monitor - helps stop over modulation
Volt meter (battery was a option)
Reverse polarity protection (fuse protected)

I have one of these kits. I build it years ago. I still have it never used it.

@@Radiogenes Hi again. Over here in Thailand we can only use a very small part of the 80m band, I have never heard anyone on it from here so the unit is sitting on a cabinet outside.
