Tim says he hopes to have some Karambits ready before Christmas. HOPEFULLY he will have them up for preorder and then delivery BEFORE Christmas. I WILL get one, maybe two depending on price. I THINK he said he will have them available both with and without the ring.

Awesome review thank you for taking the time to really show us the detail on that knife! I’m a little late to the show, so I wonder if he’s gonna be doing any more pre-orders for any of the nighthawks. I know they make at least three variations, but is there any particular reason why you went with this particular model?? I would love to hear your thoughts it would really help my decision! Appreciate it so much!!
Looks really good. I love my CUT 4.0, but the heaviness makes it a bit dangerous to carry blade up (even with best kydex sheath). I have worked around it but this might be a better option for entirely tactical use.
This is definitely lighter than the cut 4.0. The sheath on this TKell has very good retention. I would not worry about this falling out unless you were falling down a mountain side .
NiB is used on some internal pew pew parts. yes I just wanted to say pew pew haha.

What is the difference between the two types of steel? Is one harder?
From what I understand, Aeb-l has some more corrosion resistance and slightly harder than 80crv2. 80crv2 is pretty awesome. It takes a very nice edge. If you live in a more humid environment, Aeb-l might be the better choice. Tkell knives puts a Nickle Boron coating on all the blades , which increases the corrosion resistance and gives the blades a slick feel that aids in cutting and cleaning the blade.
@bigjayroadstar1700 Thanks, been looking at the Combatant and Raider but I keep circleling back to the Nightstalker. It just seems like a great Self-defense blade.
