Divide the cost of a cartage from, how many pages are printed from it? And find out the cost per page of a packet , add both and add 5-10 percent margin This will be your final cost.
Suppose you are spending 60 rupees to refill toner.And 300 A4 papers are being printed in it.60/300 = 0.20 toner cost
A4 packet contains 300 papers. The cost of one packet went up to 140 rupees.140/300 = 0.46 rs
Add both
0.20+0.46=0.66 Rs
Add 10% margin
0.66+10%= 0.72 rs per page
This costs will decrease further when the quantity increases

You said the lamination rate is 2 INR per square inch but when you are calculate you used 200 inr instead of 2 INR, dont understand your logic for that?

The main formula was the standard on the ream.To formulate it into packet formula , we divide it by 5
Ream =500 sheets
Packet=100 sheets
Gross = 144 sheet

The Running Rate / Job Work Rate Per Colour that we Charge is on No of sheets, Not on Qty of The Item.
Here the no of Sheets is 400 sheets, but You will Have to Pay minimum ₹800 for Printing of 1000 sheets.
Also You Forgot to Add Plate Cost. Every Colour needs a Plate to Print. A Fixed Cost. It's Usually Around ₹400 per Colour For Small Machine and ₹800 Per Colour For Machine Size Bigger 30"
Minimum-cost Aisa koi fix Nahin hota hai, depending on how your printing rate is, You can contact for more information.
