Sir using delta ASDA-B2 servo drive... servo motor not rotating in reverse direction. Servo motor is use for driving Pneumatic cylinder. Checked pin 37(/sign) found signal ok. Sir plz suggest what i need to do next

i'm using Fx1n24MT PLC to run a Panasonic MEDDT7643003 servo motor. i have connected +ve voltage to pin # 3,5 and 7. and -ve voltage to pin # 41 and 29. i'm using this command to run the motor (DRVI K6400 K12000 Y000 Y001) . i have connected Y0 to 4 and Y1 to 6 pin of CN1 connector . but motor doesn't move. any suggestion please ?
