At that time he will immediately qualify for citizenship because both of his parents are Americans and we're Americans when he was born, but that's assuming he survives for the next 21 years. He doesn't know Italian, has no Italian money, doesn't know anyone in Italy. Chances are he'll die there. it's a problem, but can we fix it? absolutely. Will we? Probably not. this is because immigration is a touchy subject for whatever reason. I'm not entirely sure if the reverse is true though. If you were born in the United States, but not in a hospital, do you have to file for your citizenship? I have never encountered a case like that, but I imagine they have to have some kind of record of your birth and that's part of the reason for the requirement so if that's the case, the guy in this video may have been born in the United States, but if his citizenship wasn't registered, he's still technically illegal even though he's never been outside the country. Yeah, kind of weird, but incidentally if anyone reading this was born outside the country or at a home with a midwife, you might want to make sure you actually are a citizen.

Well, at least the old lady got her porch fixed before ICE showed up. As for Manny, he won the battle but lost the war. The battle, in this case, was the construction bid that Bob had for that job---Manny undercut him, so Bob's ulterior motive for getting rid of Manny was revenge for competing for the porch job. See, I got it all figured out!
