When I watch this episode for the first time which was yesterday I cried like a baby... First, I was impressed by Li Chen who tries his best despite his injury. Second, Deng Chao whom fell but didn't give up... at the end of the race he realized that his shoulder was painful... as the leader of the KR team he felt bad cause he couldn't run anymore. The last thing that really made me cry was Zheng Kai... he was disappointed of himself... he cried and said : "I was 2nd level 10 years ago. No more strenght... I can't run anymore... The little cheetah became a little kitty" (When I heard him I was talking to him through my phone's screen, while crying and I was like : "Zheng Kai you can't said that... some runner are younger, some runner are older than you. You're still the little cheetah for me. The fastest man in KR team. In the key moments, you reveal more strenght that you already have... You always support and protect the members of KR team... especially Baby... so do not talk like this !!") Today, I'm writing this comment before rewatching the episode but I feel like I'm gonna cry again... I'm such a crybaby 😂

This is what keep running should be. It’s so intense everyone is trying their hardest and the win means everything to them. Like compare this to the new keep running. That one is kinda a joke I’m only watching it cuz of zhou shen and bai Lu. But for this one I’m watching it for the whole show itself.
the guests didnt really get too much screentime this episode and the episode kinda seemed like they cut a lot of parts because the challenges felt really short
Great episode, too bad there's too little screentime for Fan Cheng Cheng and Nana. Cheng Cheng got his screen time thanks to Li Chen, but during the fan with parachute game, they didn't give him a close up, which they usually do. And Nana, she didn't get a screentime at all 🤧 were they too quiet to get exposure?
