Cheka is such an adorable little angel who really shows how much he loves his uncle! And I can understand Leona's pain of having to deal with that one annoying family member you can't stand but can't strangle. Especially, if that member is a little kid.

His sister in law nags him to send them pictures of him in his ceremonial robes, Cheka clearly adores him and wants him to come home more often, and Farena encourages him that he’s intelligent and can do great things even if he isn’t king. Leona seems to wallow in what he can’t have so much that he loses sight of what he does have.

Oh, I think this will help them to get closer - for Malleus, who is so used to attention/admiration/reverence someone who doesn't know him might be a breath of fresh air. He definitely enjoyed it during their first meeting

It is very heartwarming and Malleus gets to talk to Deuce normally. Kater also seemed to be fine talking to Malleus and they seemed to have a pretty normal classmate relationship. Yet I doubt he has friends aside from Lilia. So I think Malleus will still find it very refreshing to talk someone who doesn't know about his status at all. I am very exited for their further interactions *_* Judging by Malleus's screen dialogue, his main problem is going to be "I am never invited" (and that already happened twice in the story at this point)

Considering how Maleficent's original story was also revolved around being not invited due to people being scared of her...
