Hi guys.Loving the vidsrom Central America.I was in Nicaragua a few years ago.If your still in Granada they had a factory shop there where they make hammocks out of recycled plastic.In there they have world's largest hammock.Worth a visit!

The Pacific coast of Nicaragua is just a half of the whole picture, if you want to see the other beautiful half you must come to the Caribbean side of the country, Corn Islands and Pearl Cays are awesome places with white sand beaches, coral reefs and nice people (most of them are bilingual).... I hope we have a chance to get over to Ometepe when we are in Nicaragua, but I'm not sure we'll have the time during our first trip, but hopefully since we will eventually be living in Costa Rica, we can get over there at some point. Hello, I am about to travel to Ometepe and I just read that it could be possible that the ferry from Ometepe to Granada was not in operation due to the water levels... what can you tell me about this ferry ?
Hi - As far as we are aware there is no ferry to Granada - we had to get the bus to Rivas and then the bus on to Granada - Enjoy your time on Ometepe .... we loved it 😍👍🙌 kind regards Marianne and Chris xx
