Midam when he was leaving he told Treasure A that he knows they will all make it and it made me so emotional because they all did make it. Out of the 6, 4 made it into Treasure and the other 2 ended up debuting in CIX back in 2019.
Most of trainees from this show debuted in other companies or soon to debut. Big Bang members were in the army when this was aired I guess. Btw, 8 members of Treasure are introverts. I hope you will watch Treasure Map (esp season 2), you will love it. They're really relatable and funny. I think you will love Junkyu's personality.

After watch survival show by YG, the absolute things we know this far are 1. The best one should be LEADER. ALL ROUNDER. GD (BIGBANG), CL (2NE1), B.I (iKON). When the best become leader, they expected to lead other member as himself as standard. Thats why the training period always harsh. Once they changes leader when Mino injured in crucial time, so the leader position given to Yoon... Mino failed to be role model for other member. (So far, other agencies usually give leader position to oldest member (SM) or the longest trained (JYP). 2. Make audience have more expectation. What YHS said to Jun Hyuk is not only good, but always improve. He pushed all trainer to have something new to see everytime or all become boring. It maybe cruel to say, but YG live performance is always the best and worth to watch coz even the song is same... You got to see new everytime you see it.
I think it takes a very special leader to turn Treasure B into a "low expectation group" to a WOWWWW group. Apart from Jihoon, everyone there were new trainees but they seriously killed that performance even though their practice was just tragic. Behind the display of such an amazing performance, it is through Jihoon's uncanny leadership and guidance and the hardworking teammates that allowed this performance to happen. They all trusted in his leadership and it shows. This clearly shows how important this leader role is. A leader who perfectly knows the strengths and weaknesses of each member and plays to their strengths can make an ok group into an AMAZING group even if it's a bunch of "new trainees."

But I've seen other "YGstans" who keeps on criticizing Treasure for not having the "YG style" when YHS clearly said in this survival show that the new boy group will have a totally different concept (still with YG style). Why do they always compare them? This is a new generation and YG is starting afresh... Treasure is starting afresh. I hope they'll respect his decisions with Treasure and the upcoming girl group.

I have seen the separation of TeamA more than ten times, and in all I have cried. TeamA was a great team and although some now have different paths, their friendship remains strong. Some probably don't know it, but even though Jihoon was never from TeamA, there was a great friendship between Noa, Junkyu, Rae, Yedam, Seunghun, Midam, Hyunsuk, Gon, Jihoon, Woong and Doyoung (well, even in ygtb they put a picture of them). As for them I'm also happy that TeamB, TeamC and TeamJ continue to be friends and support each other. I only wish the best for everyone in their respective groups and for those who decided not to be idols, I hope they can find their happiness in what they like.

It was so hard for team A, they had been through many things together (longest trainee) . Also the fact they were made 'silver boy' before. And this episode was the first times they saparated. To be honest, i miss silverboys so hard. They already succes with their own way. Edit: i mean this moment was the very last time they together as a team (silver boy) then YG officialy saparated them.
Silver boys was incredible, but they fit more into the old yg image, and yg wanted something new and fresh, but at the same time that relate to their style. So that's why we have Treasure, they got the YG vibe, but in a different way (and in my opinion it was a smart move).
This is not the first time they separated... the separated when Woong , Noa , Raesung and midam left unless ur just talking about that specific group of silver boys

2 from team A which is Beoyonggun and Seunghun are in a group called CIX as leader x main rapper and main vocal. And yeah Team A is the known trainee of YGE before YGTB started they are called Silver boys +jihoon, turned YG in-house producer millennium/reasung, main vocal from AB6IX Woong and one Japanese Noa. They are really close even after being parted away they still keep in touch with each other and hanging out secretly but caught by some MATE (silverboys fandom which means lets "meet at the end"), putting each others faces as their own phone wallpaper and having their group necklace. Yeah i'm longed for this group i hoping they'll make a project together in the future.
(1) Future Bounce is a duo YG Producers composed of P.K. and Dee.p (2) There are a lot of times that YGs harsh words were given as a challenge to his trainees. It was given to them for them to push themselves to work harder and show that they have more to give. YG is good at seeing his trainees potential, you'll see in the coming episodes that he judges his trainees different from how normal watchers do. (3) Team A was a team for a very long time (more than 2 years), they were an unofficial YG group known as Silverboys. Fans named YGs top trainees as Silverboys and even as undebut/trainees, they had a loyal following. (4) Other companies are always ready to take YGs trainees, most of the trainees from this show are debuting under different companies. (5) Hearing your take on YGs treatment of Hyunsuk, I can say that you know YG pretty well now. I don't know if you read this comment or not But YG doesn't sugarcoat his words. If he sees that they have potentials, he will pursue to push it. Seunghun, the last guy picked in treasure A at 1:03:54 and at 57:36 and BX the other rapper in Treasure A at 56:40 they are both in a group called CIX. So far CIX has 4 title tracks: -Movie star -Numb -Jungle -Cinema(just came out) Their albums are also so good all the songs are great.

And he looked tired physically and mentally too, he had to choose over studying or being a trainee for years unsure of debuting, wishing for a better future for him, he's studying now btw.
Ive hurted for every trainee but seriously, Treasure J and A hurts the most cause they were the ones who trained very long with each other as a team for years, so saying goodbye for those members in those teams were extra painful. 2 from team A which is Beoyonggun and Seunghun are in a group called CIX as leader x main rapper and main vocal. And yeah Team A is the known trainee of YGE before YGTB started they are called Silver boys +jihoon, turned YG in-house producer millennium/reasung, main vocal from AB6IX Woong and one Japanese Noa. They are really close even after being parted away they still keep in touch with each other and hanging out secretly but caught by some MATE (silverboys fandom which means lets "meet at the end"), putting each others faces as their own phone wallpaper and having their group necklace. Yeah i'm longed for this group i hoping they'll make a project together in the future.

YG is good at seeing his trainees potential, you'll see in the coming episodes that he judges his trainees different from how normal watchers do.
(3) Team A was a team for a very long time (more than 2 years), they were an unofficial YG group known as Silverboys. Fans named YGs top trainees as Silverboys and even as undebut/trainees, they had a loyal following.

Seunghun, the last guy picked in treasure A at 1:03:54 and at 57:36 and BX the other rapper in Treasure A at 56:40 they are both in a group called CIX. Their songs and really good and I hope you can check them out in the future:) Seunghun and BX went through so much and I’m so glad they wre able to debut together.

Now you know why we cried watching yg survival show. It was ruthless. They're tearing teams apart. Making them compete against their own people. I cried watching this ep. Almost all the ep actually. 😂 I love treasure A so much as a team. They've been training together for years. And seeing them not in the same team, broke my heart. But it is what it is. Now i'm happy with Treasure members. But i was upset and bitter for quite some time too, ngl. 😂

As teume, mates, Treasure box trainees fan It's really make me happy and proud to watch it over and over again. Because ygtb is not only a show. They're a Family. They support each other off cam and on cam. That's what I love ygtb. Even they're in separate ways and lives now they still managed to support each other.
P.S. you maybe shock at the end because of the final line up of Treasure but just watch Treasure Map you will understand everything why yg do that. So please watch tmap after ygtb. Thank you for this reaction we are now reminiscing our ygtb days.
kinda rude to call it 'impulsive' decision, i mean we dont see anything on cam. im actually kinda happy he left, he needed a break for his mental health cause according to his father's post he had anxiety. And he looked tired physically and mentally too, he had to choose over studying or being a trainee for years unsure of debuting, wishing for a better future for him, he's studying now btw.

Ive hurted for every trainee but seriously, Treasure J and A hurts the most cause they were the ones who trained very long with each other as a team for years, so saying goodbye for those members in those teams were extra painful. Especially Treasure A, because even before YGTB we we knew them as a team even before ygtb (Silver Boys) and we see how close they are with each other :((

Treasure A, the group that we never had. That's why I rooted for them during YGTB coz you can see that they are really a solid team and they are so talented. I'm glad that they're all debuted. Byounggon and Seunghun in CIX, Yedam Junkyu Hyunsyuk and Doyoung in Treasure. I'm so happy for them. ♥️

Jihoon's facial expressions, smooth dancing, and fierce passion always shows through when he performs. I love it too! Coupled with his stable live vocals regardless of how high his notes are just solidifies how amazing he is. He's an all-rounder too but he doesn't praise himself that way so it's a bit sad~

I really don't think YG's reasons are fair here but I can totally see how YG feel that he needs to motivate Jun Hyuk a little bit (But Jun Hyuk still so young😂 well maybe that's also why he placed him number 1). Like YG really shift attitudes to different trainees based on trainee's personality. Like he was so harsh or strict with Youngbae and Seungri and was rather soft to Dae when BIGBANG were kids, but I really do see why he was like that. I think he really know his trainees well and often give out good judgments on who are more likely to evolve drastically under pressure and criticism and who will shine more from encouragement.
Your right it was supposed to be TREASURE with 7 members, and MAGNUM w/ 6 members who was picked from trainees that still train after YG Treasure Box and later become TREASURE 13 and after revealing the debut picture, few days YOONBIN left YGE to become a Soloist and YGE respected it and that is why they become TREASURE.
