I immediately felt relaxed and completely positive in under three min. The talking actually helps with the flow of giving the negative energy to you to release it. Ny heart rate dropped and blood pressure which is very high even on meds. When ky energy is drained, it doesn't matter how much meds it take, i cant get sleepy or relax.
