Question: it says to disconnect the freezer from the battery before using a high-speed battery charger. What is considered a high-speed charger? I plan to use a 200 watt solar panel and two class 31 deep-cycle batteries in parallel, with an MPPT controller.
Are you talking about our roller drawers? If you are, we actually don't offer an official kit. We used a single drawer and custom made the side floors.
How long is the warrantee ? If i let the freezer run 24/7 to keep frozen foods, how many years do you think it will last ? I’m very interested in ARB fridge but afraid it wont last long if I let it run 24/7 like a refrigerator at home. pls let me know. Thanks
These Fridge Freezers will run for about 10 to 15 minutes "On" and then they will shut Off for anything from about 60 minutes to about 115 minutes so their duty cycles is very long, which means they might only turn on 12 to 14 times using less than 0.75amps per hour over a 24hr period and they use much less Amps than ARB claim more like 0.62 to 0.75 running on 12v and on House power they use way much less, more like about 0.1 amps per cycle. hope that helps.

The fridge will keep cool in hot weather such as 95+. If the outside temp is 95+ and the fridge is stored inside a vehicle the temps can reach far higher and the fridge will need to run more to keep cool and not be able to freeze.
Arb is right I keep mine in a tractor trailer it has run for 2 years and is set to keep food frozen in the main area and in the area above the compressor is just barely warmer to keep drinks cold without freezing. Now if you leave water there it will freeze in time but soda creamer and milk won't but it is ice cold
Never ever no way no day can I justify 1000 bucks for a fridge/freezer. Might be nice but I can get a koolatron for 25% of the cost of an ARB and get the same job done. Love my ARB bull bar though!
Your koolatron can not compare. I know because I am a truck driver and have both. The koolatron is a battery killer and also only goes 40 degrees below ambient temperatures. so if it is left in a vehicle that is not running in the summer it won't be able to cool you stuff to a safe temperature. Also it won't last as long as the arb. My arb was in my truck for 2 years and never turned of. The only reason it came out is because I got injured and can't drive for now. I run it low enough to keep my pre prepared food frozen. Also the tray above the compressor was warm enough not to freeze my drinks. Now it was very close to freezing them if I left water bottles there all day they would have ice in them. The money it has saved me from buying food on the road has easily paid for the arb fridge.

My 2011 50 qt ARB fridge I use 300 days a year is still running strong. A testament to quality.

Can I connect the fridge in both ac and dc power in same time ??
You can leave both plugged in at the same time. If the fridge detects AC voltage (110v) it will automatically run off the AC.

I have done this for 2 straight years and it is still running.
