I love how we were given a mini campus tour in this vlog. I can't wait for the months to pass by so I can start at the University of Birmingham...hoping they do not take too much longer to make my offer unconditional.

Hey, I'm going to Birmingham in September and was hoping to be put in the same accommodation as a friend. How did you ensure both of you were put together?
On your application, there’s a section towards the end asking if you have any “special” or “additional” requests, so you can tell them the Student ID of the friend you want to be with, but it’s very unlikely they can guarantee that x At first we were both in different accommodations and we had to call so many times and push so hard for them to move us to the same one and we asked for that initially on our applications and it was soo difficult, and that’s us being twins xx
How can I apply to the University of Birmingham. Im from South Africa and im currently enrolled in The University of Fort hare however i would love to come to Birmingham. Please help 🙂
When your at the lecture room, it seems like everyone tries to sit right at the back. Is it easy seeing the board from so far back? Or is the work projected on the laptops every student uses????? Also you mentioned the lecturer asks questions. I thought in a lecture you just take notes and in a seminar (I think it's called), is where you do class work🤷🏻♂️ last question is it true that some people have university classes till like 6pm? Thanks.
Yeah some people are just more comfortable at the back, but I think the board is still very visible. They don’t project the board into everyone’s laptops, unless the lecture slides were made available to access before the lecture, so you could follow along if you wanted to. Yes, in a lecture it’s more just the lecturer talking and in a seminar it’s a lot less people so it’s more about discussing, answering questions and doing tasks. In the lecture room, we walked into, I believe it was just a seminar being held in a lecture room, that’s why there wasn’t many people. Yes, some people do have to attend evening seminars, it depends on your course and timetable x
@@JessieJessica thanks for taking your time to reply.
Hiii, i'm going to uni in September and unsure about what laptop to purchase, which one do you guys use? xx
Our was acer x anything is good, just don’t get a chromebook! Get a laptop that can last you the whole 3 years and you can access lecture videos and zooms x
@@JessieJessica thank you so much!!! xx
4K by end of May!
Let’s hope!💗
@@JessieJessica you got it!!
