    Changing focus is so essential. I have been listening to Treble Health through my process. Not in a position to pay for help however so much information I am able to help myself. Before the tinnitus began I had lost my son which put me in a terrible state of depression and panic a lot of the time. This happened 6 months before Covid. I also have hyperthyroidism and had a storm during the first month of the loss and ended up in hospital during Covid. Then my mother passed away. Too much all at once. Since I've meditated for years it made sense to use sound therapy to change focus. And listening to trickling brook and crickets during my sleeping hours and sometimes during the day really has helped. It is going away slowly but surely and I feel confident now after getting help from you guys that it will end soon after 3 months of pure hell. I also changed my diet to not quit but bring down my intake of sugar, coffee, and salt. But I believe in so many cases stress triggers tinnitus.

    My Tinnitus WENT AWAY!!! How? I went on the Atkins Diet. Eliminated SUGAR and one day my wife and I were talking. I asked her to be silent for a second. She asked, What's Up? I said, My ears Aren't Ringing. We waited another min, and I said, they aren't ringing at ALL!!!! Point, If you have Tinnitus it MIGHT STOP with No Sugar. That's what I do. I just cut back on Sugar until I don't notice it as bad OR Stop Sugar for 4-5 days, and see what happens. Just my 2 Cents worth. It did take a few days of NO SUGAR, and that's when I noticed it stopped for Me. As I started back on Sugar the Tinnitus comes back, so I watch what I am eating to control it of for ME. It might work for other sufferers as well...? No Sugar, No Carbs etc. Nothing WHITE FOOD. Bread, Rice, Potatoes etc, Low Carb diet works well for me.

      No carbs doesn't very sound healthy though, I know nothing about health but more than half my diet is carb high, can't really eliminate it. Sugar I can definitely eliminate.

    For everyone who’s going through this let me tell you what I did to reduce it to
    Almost nothing. I decided to accept it and tell my brain that this was just an experience I was going through. I would cry and cry. Until I just started focusing and healing my mind, body, spirit. I went on a 3 day water fast and that alone reduced it to 1. Because of cellular repair benefits I trusted and believed in the process. I started working on my nervous system by meditating. Healing the gut. Just put in work everyday to get better and trust the intelligence of your body to heal itself.

      That's great it worked for you. For some of us, our condition is so severe (multi layered/multi faceted) we don't even know where to being in terms of healing...

    Many thanks Ben and your Treble Health channel. I have had tinnitus from last year in April, then I have been going through exactly whats Steve had, high pitch noise, sleepless, stress, loose weight, anxiety and depression, and the noise get louder and louder. Then thanks to God that I found out Treble Health channel and start to apply the TRT (Tinnitus Retraining Therapy) with Silk noise in Treble Health, then Sweeping noise and Cricket noise from Dalesnale channel.
    Now after about 2 months, I am now in state 4 with 95% better from Tinnitus, even somedays I do not hear it.
    Greatly thanks to Ben, Treble Health and Dalesnale bring my life back.

    I have a few insights too. This is my third time, and it comes back with real bad health dips. I have crohns.
    I really do agree. It got better for me before. I KNOW it will again.
    That makes a lot of the difference. Or makes it at all.
    Trusting yourself. The stress is worse and anxiety makes it worse. Personal confidence helps. Like living in that energy.
    So listen. I'm one of those 3 times it's gotten better. Sometimes the brain needs to have space to process too.

    What do you mean by habitution dr. Ben?

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  5 месяцев назад

      Tinnitus habituation refers to the process by which individuals with tinnitus learn to cope with and reduce the perceived severity of their tinnitus symptoms over time. It involves the brain's ability to adapt and adjust to the constant perception of tinnitus sounds, leading to a decreased emotional and psychological reaction to the sound.

    Anyone's experience or thoughts on Mold Exposure? causing ringing in head/tinnitus (pulsatile aswell) and feeling like a 'static field' that is radiating throughout neck, head and whole upper body? radiating waves of pain in upper spine and neck = migraines pressure headaches etc... I'm trying to work all this out but apparently mold exposure can give these severe symptoms and more which I have them all and then some. Including the crawling in skin feeling and extreme bloating. All of the symptoms alone are difficult but when stacked it's a bloody nightmare, + daily for over a year plus, it takes it's toll... what can we do?

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  11 месяцев назад

      Though mold itself does not cause tinnitus, mold toxicity can cause infections that harm and change pressure in the ears that cause tinnitus. It's important to follow up with your primary care provider if you have been exposed to mold. Tinnitus may subside once you have recovered from the mold exposure. If not, we can help you habituate to your tinnitus. Take the Tinnitus Quiz: tinnitusquiz.com/
