No, Minji has always been leader due to her age over the rest. I think Haerin is actually the most underrated dancer ever! Haerin is often placed as Visual and Dance Lead, but compare to the rest, she hardly gets the attention and charisma, because she is quiet and more introverted.. Imo her dance and visual is the best in the group, its juz so she doesn’t talk about it… ❤👍✨

Minji has such leader energy. And it's not just because she's their unnie. I know they don't have official positions but she really moves like the leader of the group and it's clear the other girls look up to her for guidance and direction. She's also kind of the bridge between the Aussie and Korean members being the most fluent in English amongst the K-line. Ador should really consider making her the leader
She may suit that position most, but I really don't get why people are so obsessed with giving each of them positions. Making her the leader will only put unnecessary pressure on her.

Minji is such a dependable anchor for the group. You can really see this in the video. She literally does everything. She fills so many roles. I’ve seen her play the role of manager, choreo couch, director during shoots, and safety manager. She’s like a liaison between the members and the ADOR staff. I’ve seen her gently scold Hani for head butting a basketball in Ban Heesoo’s first video. She let Dani take her plate during the mystery plate game. She gave treats with a custom self made sticker for ADORs staff. She’s so sweet. She also knows how to be a leader. She keeps the other members focused while at the same time not being picky or overly meticulous. She allows the members to speak their mind without interposing. She knows when to be serious and when to play around. She makes the other members shine. You’d think she had post-graduate training for leadership and business management. I can see why she played the role of the ‘psychiatrist’ in the OMG MV. If ADOR decides to let the members do solos, I really hope Minji gets one.
어쩐지 노래를 들어도 들어도 질리지가 않고 안무는 볼 때마다 새롭고 자꾸 보고 싶은 이유가 있었네요 이렇게 디테일하고 꼼꼼하게 동선 하나하나 행동 하나하나를 수정하고 마음에 들 때까지 연습을 하는데 안 좋을 수가 있나요 안무도 안무지만 멤버들의 꼼꼼함이 안무를 더 완벽하게 완성시킨 게 아닌가 싶습니다. 왠지 음방 무대도 모니터링하면서 체크하고 수정하고 연습할 거 같은데 너무 무리하지 말았으면 좋겠고 저도 앞으로 안무의 어떤 점이 수정되었을지 무대마다 눈여겨볼 포인트가 생겨서 또 색다를 것 같습니다. 뉴진스 화이팅!!

많은 노력이 필요한지는 알고 있었지만 이렇게 영상으로 보니까 확 와 닿네요. 단순히 춤을 잘춰서 뚝딱 나오는게아니라 잘 짜여진 대형 , 세세한 디테일 하나하나 신경쓰고 연습하느라 얼마나 많은 땀을 흘리는지 알게 되었어요. 이번 omg 안무가 너무 예뻐서 보는 것 만으로도 기분 좋았었는데 너무 고생하셨고 고마워요 뉴진스!

Love this! I know most comments are praising Minji, and rightfully so. Can we take a minute to appreciate that the team doesn't mind showing the girls super early in their practices without makeup, hairdo, just themselves fully? They're not even idols, they're just artists we love and support. I skipped every generation since bigbang, and NewJeans has brought be back in.

그 힘든 시간을 보냈으니 이런 연습 과정은 힘든 것도 아니겠지. 의장이 인사도 안 받아줘. 하이브 첫 걸그룹 시켜준다고 해서 왔더니 연습만 시키고 데뷔는 언제 할지도 몰라. 그런 과정을 거쳤으니 연습은 몸은 힘들어도 마음은 전보다 훨씬 편하겠지.
손끝,시선, 타이밍 사소한 것들 다 안무가 선생님들이 맞춰 주는거라 생각했는데, 뉴진스 멤버들이 의견 내는 부분도 많네요. 자율적이지만 규율잡힌 모습 넘 멋있어요👍

연습하는 내내 행복해 보이고, 힘들다 쉬고 싶다는 말이 아니라 더 열심히 해야겠다 더 잘하고 싶다는 말을 한다는게 같은 10대로써 너무 대단하고 멋있어!!!!
어쩐지 노래를 들어도 들어도 질리지가 않고 안무는 볼 때마다 새롭고 자꾸 보고 싶은 이유가 있었네요 이렇게 디테일하고 꼼꼼하게 동선 하나하나 행동 하나하나를 수정하고 마음에 들 때까지 연습을 하는데 안 좋을 수가 있나요 안무도 안무지만 멤버들의 꼼꼼함이 안무를 더 완벽하게 완성시킨 게 아닌가 싶습니다. 왠지 음방 무대도 모니터링하면서 체크하고 수정하고 연습할 거 같은데 너무 무리하지 말았으면 좋겠고 저도 앞으로 안무의 어떤 점이 수정되었을지 무대마다 눈여겨볼 포인트가 생겨서 또 색다를 것 같습니다. 뉴진스 화이팅!!
애들 다 무해하고 착하고 서로의 의견을 존중해주는게 눈에 보인다… 공식적인 리더는 없지만 민지가 리더이자 언니 역할을 너무너무 잘해주는 것 같음ㅠㅠ 중심 잘 잡아주고 본인도 애기면서 애들 너무 잘 챙겨주고 사랑스러운 눈빛으로 보는게 너무 잘 보임..민지가 있어서 이런 분위기가 잘 유지되는거 같아서 너무 고마워,,,❤

많은 노력이 필요한지는 알고 있었지만 이렇게 영상으로 보니까 확 와 닿네요. 단순히 춤을 잘춰서 뚝딱 나오는게아니라 잘 짜여진 대형 , 세세한 디테일 하나하나 신경쓰고 연습하느라 얼마나 많은 땀을 흘리는지 알게 되었어요. 이번 omg 안무가 너무 예뻐서 보는 것 만으로도 기분 좋았었는데 너무 고생하셨고 고마워요 뉴진스!

OMGの振り付け練習の様子だけど、結構面白い。最初は、何がダメだったのかも分からなかったけど、何度か見返すと、分かっていくようになって、メンバーの意図（特にミンジさんの）が少しずつ理解できて楽しい。
