Can we do cabling without honda, i mean can we take this charger and do cabling from outside in some way without wasting 3000 on charger setup by honda

Wire would be available in Honda wire-harness where honda charger has been setup. So yes you can buy this charger and do wiring from outside or ask Honda Service Center to install it.
