Ii am watching this drama for the 8th time, in my expert opinion: Eun Byeol likes Ian but she ist the kind of girl who just has become so used to getting love, she doesn't know how to express or even admit to herself that she likes anybody. So she is giving up Ian just for her sister and showing careless attitude. Ian is just jealous of Tae Kwang and seeing Eun Bi is easier to get along with. Definitely Ian and Eun Byeol should be a pair. And Eun Bi and Tae Kwang. Final Verdict from my side.
I 100% agree with you. Eunbyeol definitely loves han. She even kept every everything han had ever gifted her in a box. Back in 2015 I had total 2nd lead syndrome as well but now watching it again as an adult I can understand Eunbi and Ian ending up together. Ian had feelings for Eunbyul for 10 years, and although she might have shared some feelings too, Eunbyul never love Ian the way he loved her. When Ian got to spend time with Eunbi thinking she was Eunbyul, he fell for her, her good nature and kind heart and even said "I like the new Eunbyul more". So he was slowly but surely falling in love with this person who looks like his 10 year crush but is a totally different person that is Eunbi. The actors did really well showing the character development of Ian and Eunbyul because we can see in the first few episodes they have so much chemistry and were definitely into each other. But now when Eunbyul came back, you don't feel that anymore, life happened, both of them had grown up and Ian has now fallen for Eunbi, he just needed time to figure that out. And it's not so hard to believe that Eunbi would like Ian too because he cares a lot about her too. I understand his frustration because 1.the person he thought he knew was someone else 2. he was told the real Eunbyul had died (His best friend and first love) how could that not be devastating only to find out later that she was alive and in hiding all along. I feel so bad for Gong Tae and wish he has someone who loves him back.

Ii am watching this drama for the 8th time, in my expert opinion: Eun Byeol likes Ian but she ist the kind of girl who just has become so used to getting love, she doesn't know how to express or even admit to herself that she likes anybody. So she is giving up Ian just for her sister and showing careless attitude. Ian is just jealous of Tae Kwang and seeing Eun Bi is easier to get along with. Definitely Ian and Eun Byeol should be a pair. And Eun Bi and Tae Kwang. Final Verdict from my side.
I 100% agree with you. Eunbyeol definitely loves han. She even kept every everything han had ever gifted her in a box. And I just like to imagine that in the very future they'll realise their true feelings. Han will go back to Eunbyeol and eunbi will realise her true feelings for tae. As they're only in high school. Their lives have just begun.

Back in 2015 I had total 2nd lead syndrome as well but now watching it again as an adult I can understand Eunbi and Ian ending up together. Ian had feelings for Eunbyul for 10 years, and although she might have shared some feelings too, Eunbyul never love Ian the way he loved her. When Ian got to spend time with Eunbi thinking she was Eunbyul, he fell for her, her good nature and kind heart and even said "I like the new Eunbyul more". So he was slowly but surely falling in love with this person who looks like his 10 year crush but is a totally different person that is Eunbi. The actors did really well showing the character development of Ian and Eunbyul because we can see in the first few episodes they have so much chemistry and were definitely into each other. But now when Eunbyul came back, you don't feel that anymore, life happened, both of them had grown up and Ian has now fallen for Eunbi, he just needed time to figure that out. And it's not so hard to believe that Eunbi would like Ian too because he cares a lot about her too. I understand his frustration because 1.the person he thought he knew was someone else 2. he was told the real Eunbyul had died (His best friend and first love) how could that not be devastating only to find out later that she was alive and in hiding all along. I feel so bad for Gong Tae and wish he has someone who loves him back.
