Sir would international MBA be a good option for military candidate aged 38?

Military candidates generally do well in an international MBA program. Most business schools tend to have a healthy respect for veterans and their service and this in turn translates into doors opening for you, in terms of career advancement. The other advantage is that several of the skills that you would have developed in military life help you naturally transition into strategy, operations, and leadership roles.
Having said that, 38 is a little high on the age spectrum. We would recommend that you evaluate 1-year executive MBA programs.
