The most important point to stop moisture on walls is to place the level of the floor ground below the sealant level. If the floor level is above the sealant level then moisture can easily bypass the sealant level. It is most important thing to be implemented otherwise no one can stop moisture on walls.

@@subhashchaudhary it is simple, moisture travel from sand to wall, if the floor level is above the sealant level then it is easy for moisture to enter from outside to inside as floor level is above sealant level , so must keep the floor level below sealant level. Or use two level sealants with one feet difference for future upgradation of floor if in any case it is required
