The Survey of the South Vol 3

  • This survey was funded by our favorite fraudulent philanthropist in the 1950's. Much less in depth with more emphasis on the photographic chronicling than narrative construction, which means this one flies fast which in a way matches your narrator's preferred pace. Fake movie trailers, confusion, fist-shaking and random barbershop quartet sung phrases. Like every video that comes from this camp, its THE WORST VIDEO FO ALL TIME....come and shower me with the scorn I deserve!

Thank you for this southern survey! The loyalty to Survey Boy brought tears to my Alabamy eyes!! Maybe Jimmy can find the Traveling Wrought Iron Man to make a gate in Survey Boy’s memory from the 50’s since the Fountain of Youth is dried up.

During the period of Neoclassical Architectural Revival in early America, Protestantism dominated religious life, there was also religious pluralism and diversity, including the presence of Moralists, Evangelicals, Catholicism, Judaism, and indigenous spiritual traditions. Tensions sometimes arose between different religious groups, particularly during periods of social change or immigration but they were all able to put their differences aside for their shared love of pagan Greek mythology and art. Majority Christian populations selected (probably also Christian) architects to adorn everything from churches to civic centers to houses in their cities with Greek gods rather than their own gods after just fleeing Europe due in part to religious persecution 🙃yeah, that's exactly what happened, case closed!

Wonderful thank you. Al-Abama is a great shout, I didn’t hear that before.
The ironwork is just like the ironwork in Andalucía / Al Andaluz (and it’d be no surprise to learn that America came first).

Maybe these wrought iron fences are electrified which would explain needing a "gatekeeper" to keep people from being electrocuted, maybe?, just MAYBE... ALL I do know is that I don't know 🤷‍♂️💣💥

They did not appear to be buried in any way reminiscent of typical Indian habit unless decorations and gifting was already removed but I'd guess they only left or exposed bodies in some alignment for a photo and then dealt with ones that defied the narrative after or already removed them. That looks more like a tragedy

@@teresaadams825 I'm not saying they weren't indians. I'm saying they weren't buried by their own in a typical manner. Something else happened to those people, that isn't a normal graveyard by today's standards. That's either a trophy room or something more like Pompeii, an event exhibit

And then in the early hours of a cheerful May morning, chirping birds and the like, an unexpected recommendation, an unfamiliar channel from seemingly out of nowhere, stands square on my feed. The title tugged at my southern roots. And who doesn't love a good survey? Little did i know this would be the start of a new subscription and where l will likely spend hours and hours that should be spent on more productive tasks. After liking and subscribing a strange urge to comment but that isn't enough! My mind races to think of who i know that would appreciate a share?? Damn fools i call friends and some I'm embarrassed to call family, they wouldn't understand, surely they'd mock my tin foil fedora. Oh well, let them laugh. Let them roll their eyes. A find like this one needs to be shared even if it means being uninvited to cousin Carla's third wedding. Whisper Jack is hilarious and his content is compelling! And if you don't think so then go back to watching regurgitated Kardashian content or an hour of what not to eat. I'm with Jack and his strange voices and weirdo commenters. Tyvm

I love this dude, his research is excellent! I was disappointed recently when he announced he was throwing his hat in with the "Millennial Reign" theorists who believe the Bible is perfectly reliable history written by a deity and not by men, and that it's never been altered, and it's not metaphorical in any way 😒😥

@@muqeo There are over 25,000 archeological digs that verify the Biblical accounts and 100,000 prophecies that came true - Even Ptolemy (Alexander's general) was shown HIMSELF in Daniel's prophecy about the Kingdom of Greece, thereby preventing the Hebrews annihilation by the Greeks. This was written 300 years before Greece even existed. More research into the Bible's veracity is needed. Don't you know there are powers at work to erase this very thing? Why?

I can't help but observe that we are hearing all the stories from Christians and we are having to piece together our pagan past -- as history is always written by the victors not the losers
