I literally told a friend this the other day and we just thought it was a helpful refeame but it felt so true to me that the reason I'm more forgetful lately after the incredible year of spiritual awakening ive had is because im learning to be more present and refusing to be tied down by the past and habitual stories grounded in "memory." When you're fully present EVERYTHING is available and accessible and you find yourself remembering things that you thought had long disappeared from your memory.

What year was this recorded? He is being specific about time in the video and I know these are not all current obviously his wisdom is timeless but I really want to know when he talks about it?
I don't feel he answered the sexual energy question well, or a part of that was cut out? I thought she was asking how to channel sexual energy? Bashar answered her end question about the misuse of it, and vague about how to actually channel it. Click bait?
