I am a medical professional practicing in the USA. The information you are providing to your viewers about using the same sink for meat/fish and vegetables/fruits is partially incorrect. If you clean the sink very well with soap or detergent (not just with hot water) after you wash the raw meat or fish, you can use the same sink for vegetables or fruits. Because after washing it with the soap, the bacteria from the raw meat or fish is destroyed or/and killed. So, you just need to practice a safe washing method for raw meat, fish and vegetables. Request to the authority of Nexus Television to broadcast the correct information, and just not to quote any nutritionist who is not aware of the process of safe washing. Thank you.
