Every working day when snaking my one and a half hr journey home in a big city , I would put in my ear buds on the home stretch ,and once off the bus walking in step to his awesome voice and song. Sheer magic. Through rain or snow ...and approaching my back door he would sing me home. Dearest Andrea Bocelli, I've watched this video a few times already with tears in my eyes. I wish from my heart I could surprise my wife in this way with such talent. We have been married since 1978. We have raised our three children and a granddaughter. 15 years ago we lost one of our children. She is a very strong woman, sometimes a bit excessive in strength (not physically) She has her health issues (cardiac and diabetes (dialysis)). I had a heart attack 2 ½ years ago when 3 stents were placed in my heart then. And just recently had 3 more stents placed in my heart. I was diagnosed with a mass in my bladder a few months ago and it's feared to be cancer. I have loved your singing for many years. My favorites are "You'll never walk alone", "Time to say goodbye", "Lean on me" and now this too. I have watched your recent "Bocelli Family Christmas" in which your dear children Mateo and Virginia sing with you. Perhaps you one day will take a moment and visit my little presence here and watch my give a presentation about my departed child. Every working day when snaking my one and a half hr journey home in a big city , I would put in my ear buds on the home stretch ,and once off the bus walking in step to his awesome voice and song. Sheer magic.
Through rain or snow ...and approaching my back door he would sing me home.
A blessing and a gift to me, and especially on those more difficult days after losing a parent, or missing loved ones. Thank you for reminding me of life's simple and enduring goodness. 💜

He said I was too young- we reconnected a little over a month ago, now hes 65 and I'm 54-- he wants to see where this goes...he said he cannot lose me again.

I've watched this video a few times already with tears in my eyes.
I wish from my heart I could surprise my wife in this way with such talent.
We have been married since 1978.
We have raised our three children and a granddaughter.
15 years ago we lost one of our children.
She is a very strong woman, sometimes a bit excessive in strength (not physically)
She has her health issues (cardiac and diabetes (dialysis)).
I had a heart attack 2 ½ years ago when 3 stents were placed in my heart then. And just recently had 3 more stents placed in my heart. I was diagnosed with a mass in my bladder a few months ago and it's feared to be cancer.
I have loved your singing for many years. My favorites are "You'll never walk alone", "Time to say goodbye", "Lean on me" and now this too.
I have watched your recent "Bocelli Family Christmas" in which your dear children Mateo and Virginia sing with you.
Perhaps you one day will take a moment and visit my little presence here and watch my give a presentation about my departed child.
