  • Lasan nu Kachu
    Ingredients:
    3 no - Potato
    400 gm - Green Garlic Fine Chopped
    Paste:
    15 no - Green Garlic white Part
    10-12 no - Green Chilli
    ½ no - Lemon Juice
    2-3 inch - Ginger
    1 tbsp - Til Oil
    1 tsp - Salt
    ½ Cup - Til Oil
    Pinch - Turmeric Powder
    ½ cup - Homemade Malai
    1/2 tsp - Coriander Cumin Powder
    Pinch - Garam Masala
    Method:
    Take a Cooker and Potato and Give 3 Whistle.
    Take Green Garlic Fine Chopped, take a Big Bowl and add above Garlic
    Take a Mixie Jar add Green Garlic White Part, Ginger, Chillies, Lemon Juice, Salt and Oil, Make Coarse Paste.
    Take a Boiled Potato remove Skin Mash in One Plate Properly, Keep aside.
    In Chopped Garlic Plate add Salt to taste, Oil Mix Properly with Hand and Mashed Potato, add 2 tbsp- above Chilli Paste and add Pinch Turmeric Powder, Home Made Malai, Garam Masala Powder, Mix Properly, Mix till light Fluffy.
    Serve. Pour Little Oil above.
