This show lacks any credibility. it needs one voice that isn't tied to the F1 media machine. All four hosts are directly or indirectly paid within the F1 ecosystem, so when it comes to FIA or leadership decisions the analysis is safe diplomatic language, softened criticism, lots of “it’s complicated” framing.
That’s not independent analysis , that’s insider commentary with boundaries. The closer you are to the paddock, the harder it is to challenge it honestly. The show would be far more credible with at least one genuinely independent voice who has nothing to lose by calling things out. But true independence in F1 is rare. Almost everyone has some dependency on access, teams, sponsors, or media rights.
This show needs Peter Windsor, Gary Anderson or Mark Hughes. Right now it's just weak brand-aligned discussion than real debate.
Isn’t Will Buxton out of the F1 media machine now that he works for FOX on IndyCar? And wasn’t the majority of Peter Windsor’s media work directly for FOM?
