I drive a 2001 Chevy S10 with 257,350 miles. Runs like a sewing machine. Looks good. very minimal dings. Does need a windshield. I learned my lesson with Ford 40 years ago. My neighbor has 2019 Ford Pickup. Has issues with it all the time.
Don’t know about this car but all the front wheel drive cars that I have worked on it is a lot easier to drop the undercarriage with the engine and transmission and change that way
Should do some garage organization. Not hating, mine looks the same half the time. Every few weeks I go through and clean up. I'm also working out of a single car, so I have to be clean and efficient or it gets cluttered fast
Are this Fusions not available as TDCi on your side of the pond? Yes, modern cars are a nightmare to wrench on... The idea with the flat holding tank for the floor raise is great! :-D
JYDOG...yes, that was the “least” the auto manufacturers could do! I have found putting the newest cars back together “seems” to go back together faster than they come apart. Maybe it’s just experience or maybe just that they are designed to be assembled...not disassembled.
I'll keep my lazy, gas guzzler v8's in my Yukon and pickup that lasts 20+ years over the fuel efficient turbos that cost big money to fix, I mean replace these days. Been a mechanic for almost 20 years now for GM. I do, however, drive an 07 fuel efficent cobalt to work daily. Those cars were still of the repairable type.

Put a Cummins 4BT in! Lol, you know them pretty well!😀

Boy I wish fusions did have TDCI over here. That would have been my first choice.
Love turbo cars...until they break. Same most new cars, engines are packaged so damn tight.
At least swapping the engine is still doable by a backyard mechanic like me. Grateful for that

JYDOG Not too far from us then ! Thank you for replying back to me!
Why not polish the window instead of replace it
Probably 50 dollars for a window vs several hours of polishing plus the cost of glass polish
Yeah pretty much what DM said plus the tint is way too dark on my front windows I can hardly see my dash.
What is name of boots you have there?
Blundstone, best boots I ever had. amzn.to/3u0jhET
@@JYDOG Thanks for the info. I had some boots like that before but they disappeared. They walked away. I didn't know the brand.
Don't buy anything with ecoboost on it. Normal Ford engines are great
Fords making junk now.
