Don't like it with HarmNone as the hunted, don't like it with you as the hunted, don't like it with Twingo as the hunted. Haven't seen it with Janky or Legs, but I suspect it will still be unfun. I'd suggest a minor modification of "Ring highway route, or closest parallel route."
how about a DRUNK manhunt!! you have to be drunk and need to make supply stops to get more booze, convinient store or snack bowl(beer) in kinda slow cars because in fast cars it would be hell to drive.... like Asea or diletante, or maybe old rusty cars like the vodoo or tornado..
