I just have used the method cntrl, alt and 2 then delete which takes out the back ground is there any problems with doing that

Good day sir! when im trying to use the 1st step, its working but why my photoshop cant choose other color. it becomes monochrome now. even if i close the photoshop & opens again, its monochrome already. i cant choose colors now. how can i fix this? thanks
