Well I think people in Korea believe that showing sponosored means some trust between youtuber and people who watch that video. Some people can buy sponsored food by watching the video but if when it is a sponsored food, they can feel bad toward the youtuber since they can think youtuber had pretended to be tasty because he was sponsored. Hiding sponsor makes people to feel disappointed and betrayed.
