- Denise Richardson is busy at work when her direct supervisor, Judy Lipton, calls her into her office. Denise has requested some personal time off to attend her brother's wedding. Despite her excellent performance, Mrs. Lipton informs Denise that her request will not be granted. Denise is devastated and confused as no reason was given and when she pressed further, Mrs. Lipton threatened to have her fired. Unfortunately, for Mrs. Lipton, not only is she not in a position to terminate Denise's position, but her status at the company is very much in doubt.

Lack of empathy and mutual understanding is to blame, time for Judy Dipton to be fired. Ms Thompson is kind and understanding, she will not allow the staff to be overworked without any break!!
