    Must be paying a fortune rebuilding all those fences! Seriously, though, those roads get so treacherous, almost like the real thing.

      Those fences didn't stand a chance. The roads are so bad in this region, I'd rather pay for fence repair than a recovery service!

      If a truck horn can knock the fence down, it's not really worthy of a fence anyways.

      @The6Guest right?!

      @@The6Guest Ha, for sure. I was impressed by the pathfinding/navigation. Thought for sure that one of those water crossings was too deep to ford.

    Yeah, I just got the big salmon peak yesterday and I discovered like four of the watchtowers so yesterday was a busy day for me. Thought you said you don’t buy from the store unless you sell them but you want them back and you buy other trucks from the store

      You've been busy. 👍
      I haven't bought any trucks before now (I like to play with the free ones), but I decided to add some variety to the series. Since Yukon doesn't give us any trucks other than the forklifts and the CAT 770g I figured it was time to spend some of the money that's just adding up. You sure don't need to buy the Paystar, you can also use a comparable truck that we already have. The Step 310 is a good choice too.

    Epic run. These maps took me so long. I just meander about picking up whatever I'm next too and spend half my time tryna figure out how to take as much shit with me in one run as I can, even if it takes twice as long. Take 3 trucks with me, pick up this on the way, bring a big crane because I always like to fantasise I'll use it to load instead of just insta loading. Now load up twice as much as I need so I got some for the next job. My god I make it so much more difficult. I also do the thing wher you load logs into the blue semi trailer, then load them where they get dropped off. I've spilt so many bloody logs, lmao.

      That's a good way to play though. It gives you time to really understand the region, which paths to take and which ones not to. There's nothing wrong with overloading, I've done a fair share of it myself. As far as hauling logs in a semi trailer, I'm all for it. Just make sure you bring a few extra!

    I'm glad you mentioned the Step 310 as a good alternative.🤗 It's what I'm using on my first run through and it does OK, but it doesn't like lotsa trips through the same mud pits either! Hahaha! That physics model is pretty crazy!😳
    Startin my "follow along" save, and I LOVE that the Paystar can drag a trailer with the mini crane.... I dump the vanilla trailers all the time, trying to "shortcut" through places they don't belong! Lol! Wicked good round of tasks that helps open up a ton of the Yukon in general! This is another really amazing episode! The strategy is so well thought out! Keeping tasks and contracts tight, and not too repetitive makes these region play through missions super enjoyable, and feel super rewarding! Again, well done! Great music, great overall vibe to this one!

      None of the trucks like multiple trips through the same spots in this region. It gets so deep so quick.
      The Step does a decent job, mostly cause it has the extra power to plow through a lot of areas. The Kodiak we rescue is good for using the trailer store at the railway station when the Step can't.
      It's good to have all the roads open before we proceed so we don't have to take harder routes around roadblocks with the heavy loads coming up.
      The next one is going to be ridiculous logging (it's pretty extreme here in Yukon) and I'm excited for it. Thanks deddrift for everything and enjoy your day!

    another real treat here :) I definitely preferred the music in the second half of the video though. Gotta keep it authentic :D great route planning and nice shortcuts, high quality as always. Can't wait for the next

      I'm excited about the next one too. Yukon logging is absolutely nuts. Should be a heck of an adventure.
